Francisco’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation both before ordinary courts and before special and arbitration courts, alternative dispute resolution and international trade disputes.
He has experience on anti-dumping investigations before the Anti-Distortions Committee. He has also advised clients on several matters related to insolvency proceedings of companies and restructuring of their liabilities and debts.
