Roberto Villaseca is co-head of the Carey’s Litigation Group.
Roberto’s practice specializes in civil and commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution before ordinary and specialized courts, and international trade disputes.
He has extensive experience in customs and international trade matters, including the analysis of anti-dumping measures applied by the Chilean government. His expertise covers the interpretation of relevant laws and regulations regarding the payment of anti-dumping duties, the reimbursement of related duties and taxes, and exploring alternative scenarios that could optimize the supply chain.
Roberto graduated from Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an LL.M. from Columbia University.
