Consuelo Gálvez

Consuelo has extensive experience representing clients in inspection procedures, negotiations, and litigation before the National Customs Service, consistently securing favorable outcomes. She has also guided clients through the registration and approval of special customs regimes, such as bonded and private warehouses.

Additionally, Consuelo has advised companies across various industry sectors on the requirements for establishing their businesses in Chile and maximizing the benefits of preferential tariff treatment under Chile’s Free Trade Agreements. She possesses in-depth knowledge of importing both regulated and unregulated products, including mining machinery, foodstuffs, cosmetic products, fuels, among others.

Consuelo graduated from Universidad de Chile and holds a Diploma in International Economic Law.
